These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Urša Terdin s.p. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and you, the customer, when you use our website https://shop.ursaterdin.com (“Website”) and purchase the Evolve Athlete Journal (“Product”).

By placing an order through our Website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products
  • The Evolve Athlete Journal is a physical printed book designed to help athletes track training, competitions, and personal development.
  • Product descriptions on our Website aim to be accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in design, layout, colour, or packaging may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.
  • Images shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, actual products may differ slightly due to printing and screen display differences.
  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the Product that do not affect its overall quality or purpose.
3. Orders

  • To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not yet mean your order is accepted. A contract is formed only once payment is confirmed and we dispatch the Product.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example, if there is an issue with payment or stock availability.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and credit cards.

  • You are responsible for any additional charges related to your payment provider (such as currency conversion fees).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders within Slovenia, across the EU, and to the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier services. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, customs clearance).

  • For deliveries outside the EU (including the United Kingdom), additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If we cannot deliver your order, we will inform you promptly and offer a refund or alternative arrangement.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
  • If you are a consumer in the EU or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@ursaterdin.com within the 14-day period.
  • You are responsible for returning the Product in its original, unused condition, at your own cost.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned Product.
  • For UK returns, please ensure the package is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted in line with the 14-day withdrawal right above.

  • We cannot offer refunds for Products that are used, damaged, or not returned in resalable condition.

  • If the Product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ursaterdin.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent to make the purchase.

  • You provide accurate and up-to-date information for billing and delivery.

9. Liability

  • Our responsibility is limited to providing the Product as described. We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as loss of income, opportunities, or expected results) that may arise from the use of the Product or Website.

  • Our liability for any claim relating to the purchase of a Product is limited to the purchase price of that Product.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the Evolve Athlete Journal, text, images, and design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
